Lump sum deposits including but not limited to lottery winnings, inheritance or any other payments considered to be outside the scope of your standard mortgage repayments as determined by Infinity Group Finance are excluded from the analysis. All potential payments will be at the discretion of the Infinity Group Finance’s Director’s. All relevant information requested by Infinity Group Finance must be provided by the client to complete the formal assessment.
