Fears of ‘dormant’ companies when JobKeeper ends
Infinity Group Australia CEO Graeme Holm says there are fears some companies will run “dormant” when JobKeeper ends.
“It definitely has propped people up, there’s definitely some fears there of some companies that are just going to run dormant,” he told Sky News.
The JobKeeper rate will fall from $1500 to $1200 per fortnight for full-time workers from September 28 while people working less than 20 hours per week will receive a $750. JobKeeper is due to end in March.
